FRISKE Terms of Service

Version: 22 September 2026. These Terms govern FRISKE, an adults-only dating and social service operated by Brett, its independent developer in Australia. Contact: getfriske@gmail.com. Read our Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. Provide an accurate date of birth and truthful profile information, use an email address you control and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate anyone, create misleading profiles, evade restrictions or let others use your account. Email verification does not establish that another member is who they claim to be.

Respectful use

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, scam, exploit or coerce another person. Do not publish private information without consent, send unwanted sexual content, facilitate illegal activity, solicit money deceptively, distribute malware or interfere with access controls. Respect consent and boundaries, including when someone declines, Blocks you or ends a connection.

Child safety standards

FRISKE prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation or exploitation of minors, sexual extortion and trafficking. Do not create or share such material, encourage it, or use FRISKE to contact minors for sexual purposes. Under-18 accounts are not permitted.

Use the in-app Report function for an underage or safety concern, or contact getfriske@gmail.com. Do not email or redistribute suspected illegal imagery. Give non-graphic context sufficient to identify the concern. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services (000 in Australia). Reports are reviewed through the moderation process; FRISKE may restrict accounts, preserve necessary evidence and refer matters to competent authorities where required. FRISKE is not an emergency service.

Your content

You remain responsible for your profile, photos, messages and other content, and must have the rights and permissions to provide them. You grant FRISKE a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and provide the service and handle legal obligations. You retain ownership. This licence ends when content is removed, except for limited retention described in the Privacy Policy and rights needed to meet legal obligations.

Meeting and walking safely

FRISKE helps people connect; it does not guarantee compatibility, identity, good conduct, venue suitability or personal safety. Use your own judgement. Meet in public, tell someone your plans, respect local rules, manage your dog safely and leave whenever you wish. You are responsible for your dog and for assessing whether an introduction or Walk is appropriate. QR attendance and post-Walk answers are limited service records, not guarantees of safety or independent verification of anyone's account of events.

Google Maps

FRISKE includes Google Maps features and content on Android to display selected public Walk Spot meeting locations. Use of those features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Reports, Blocks and moderation

You can Block or report members. We may review reports and restrict, hide, suspend or terminate accounts or content to address safety concerns, misuse, legal obligations or breaches of these Terms. A report does not automatically establish wrongdoing. We do not promise round-the-clock moderation or immediate intervention. Contact us to raise a moderation concern; we may limit disclosure to protect privacy, safety or an investigation.

Leaving FRISKE

Request account deletion from Settings or through our public account-deletion page. Deactivation or removal of the app is not the same as deletion. Deletion includes the associated data described in our Privacy Policy, subject to limited safety/legal retention. We may also terminate access for breaches of these Terms, legal or safety reasons, or closure of the service.

Availability and future paid features

Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. FRISKE does not currently provide paid subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, their prices, renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed separately before purchase; these Terms do not authorise a charge.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, FRISKE is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or any particular dating outcome. We are not responsible for another member's independent conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. You remain responsible for your own conduct and lawful use of the service.

Changes and contact

We will publish updated Terms with their version date and give further notice where required. Material changes requiring acceptance will be presented appropriately. Questions, safety concerns and complaints can be sent to getfriske@gmail.com.
