FRISKE Child Safety Standards

Adult-only service

FRISKE is a dating service for people aged 18 or older. Under-18 accounts are not permitted. Being an adult-only service does not remove our responsibility to protect children and address child-safety concerns.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

FRISKE prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Prohibited content and behaviour include:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including uploading, distributing, requesting or facilitating access to it.
• Sexual exploitation of minors, grooming and sextortion involving minors.
• Trafficking or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes.
• Any other behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children.

Reporting concerns

Use FRISKE's in-app Report function to report a member or content, including an Underage concern or Safety concern. You can also contact getfriske@gmail.com. Email is an additional contact route, separate from in-app reporting.

Provide only the non-graphic context needed to identify the concern. Do not download, copy, attach, email or redistribute suspected CSAM. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (000 in Australia). FRISKE is not an emergency service.

Enforcement

FRISKE may review reported accounts and content, remove prohibited content where applicable, and restrict, suspend or ban accounts as appropriate. We may preserve and report relevant information where required by law. Reports do not automatically determine that a violation occurred.

Response to CSAM

When FRISKE obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on the service, we will take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law, including removing or restricting access to the material and reporting it to the appropriate authorities where legally required. Necessary preservation is handled under restricted access in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Cooperation with authorities

FRISKE will act in accordance with applicable child-safety laws and make reports of confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional or national authority where legally required. We will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities while protecting user privacy as required by law.
